Schedule Your Termite Inspection
Initially the Inspector will draw a detailed diagram of the structure’s exterior. During the course of the inspection the Inspector will note each finding on the diagram.
Once completed, the Inspector will inspect the exterior for termite infestation and damage, dry rot fungus infection damage and conditions that may lead to infestation and infection. Areas on the exterior that are inspected will be the eaves, doors, doorjambs, window frame jambs, siding, etc.
Moving to the interior, the Inspector will inspect the interior walls, ceilings, bathtub plumbing traps, under sink basins, the attic and garage interior. From here the Inspector will inspect the sub area (space under the structure). Here the Inspector will inspect the substructure’s wood members and inspect for leakage at the stall shower and bathtub area.
